Mrs. Elmer Grover Dies At Age 50
Mrs. Elmer Grover, 50, resident of Clay county since 1913, died Sunday in her farm home near Moorhead. The former Allette Claudia Hegland, she was born at Overly, N.D. (Bottineau county), March 11, 1893. She married Elmer Grover at McIntosh , Minn., on Dec. 28, 1914. Mrs. Grover was a member of the Concordia Lutheran church.
She leaves Mr. Grover, a daughter, Wanda, at home; two sons, Ray, at home, and Gerald, an army sergeant at Sacramento, Calif.; her mother, Mrs. Lina Hegland of McIntosh; two sisters, Mrs. Theodore Bekkerus, 923 Seventh av S, Moorhead, and Mrs. Grant Nordskog, of Leland, Iowa, and six brothers, Anton Hegland, 109 Eighth St S., Leonard Hegland of rural Moorhead, George Hegland of Van Hook, N.D., Lawrence Hegland of Omaha, Neb., and Alfred and Clarence (Oscar) Hegland of McIntosh.
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in Concordia Lutheran church. Rev. C. B. Runsvold officiating. Interment will be in Concordia cemetery. The body will lie at the A. J. Wright and Sons funeral home, Moorhead, Thursday afternoon and evening. Larger Image
