Hadeland Lag 1921 Yearbook
During the 1920's the Alm siblings belonged to the Hadeland Lag, an organization for immigrants and descendants from the Hadeland area of Norway. In 1921, the Lag asked their members to submit biographical information which was then published in a yearbook. Below are the entries for Erik, Hans, and their older sister Randi Svenrud.

Mathea Martinson (born on Dyrueie, West Toten) December 24, 1863.
Children: Hilda, September 5, 1885; Ole,
December 8, 1887; Martin, May 12, 1890; Johanne, December 15, 1893; Edwin,
February 29, 1896; Lena, February 9, 1902; Henry, 1904; Alice, October 25, 1906;
and 3 who died as infants/children. Parents:
Ole Erikson (born 1829 on Solbergeie and died in Chippewa County MN 1915)
and Johanne Hansdatter (born 1832 on Dvergstenhagen and died 1896).

Dvergsten-Brenna on September 7, 1864. Grew up on Pladsen Badstua owned by the
Alm farm.Emigration:
May 7, 1885 arriving in Watson MN on June 2.
Residences: Watson until 1903, moved to ND – first
McHenry County for 2 ½ years, then settled in Binford.
Occupation:
Master painter.

Emigration: August 30, 1901 aboard the "Norge," arriving in Salt Lake City UT on September 17, 1901. Residences: Salt Lake City, 1 yr; since September 15 1902 in Randall MN. Occupation: Farmer Military Service: Soldier in 1874; 4 yrs in Hegelandsmoen and 1/2 yr at the Garrison in Kristiania. Church: The Norwegian Synod. School: Public school Married: Randi Olsdatter from Dvergsteneie in Tingelstad, on December 27, 1872 Children: Anton, born May 14, 1873; Olaf, born May 21, 1874 and died in February of 1878; Johanne Marie, born November 11, 1879; MN; Mina, born April 5, 1883; Olaf, born November 27, 1885 and died in June of 1889; Hilda, born September 13, 1888; Oline, born January 25, 1891; all born in Norway.
