Berge and Oline (Ellen Kroshus) Lee lived in Otter Tail and  Clay Counties in Minnesota and Underwood ND before joining a group that moved to Snohomish County, Washington in the 1880's.

Berge is listed as a rancher outside Norman WA in the 1894 rural directory.  Norman is located about 20 miles north of Everett.
